A BLOGGER FOUND US
I was pleasantly surprised this morning when I came across this blog about the theft of ML and it mentioned us and our doc. Very well written and highly informative. Well worth a look.

TRYING TO KILL THE VALFIERNO STORY
This morning I read this post from a blog by a Canadian journalist named Matthew Langley:
He wrote it around the anniversary of the theft. It talks about Peruggia and then recounts the Valfierno, six forged copies story. I wrote to him today and told him what we've found and haven't found about the theft of the Mona Lisa.
He blogged this today:

Thanks, Matthew.

The 98th Anniversary of the Theft and a TIME Magazine Blog About It
Today is the 98th anniversary of Vincenzo Peruggia's theft of the Mona Lisa. In honor of that, TIME magazine critic Richard Lacayo posted a really terrific article about our film "The Missing Piece" in his blog "Looking Around."

PHILLY TIME LAPSE
First of all, we want to thank the Residences at Two Liberty Place on 16th and Chestnut Streets in Philadelphia for graciously letting us stay TWICE in a fantastic 2 bedroom condo apartment on the 42nd floor while we were in town filming interviews at Temple University (my alma mater). Phillies pitcher Cole Hamels lives in the building and we actually got to ride in the elevator with him and his wife Heidi and their little dog.
While staying at Two Liberty, I set up my camera and did a time lapse from one of the windows. Check it out.
